The location will up charge you for using the XNA facilities. Originally booked in town for $169 total, had to cancel that booking due to flight delays, re booked with their XNA location, was charged $362 for same exact booking. When I spoke with the manager she decided to flex her 20 years of customer service experience instead of apologizing for my rough travel experience and to thank us for bringing the car back on time, in perfect condition, with a full tank (we also did not use tolls). Been renting from this location for sometime for my business travel for Walmart. On my last rental on May 13th to travel to Tulsa, OK, I returned the 2026 Toyota Camry full of fuel. When I received my rental record that afternoon it stated the fuel level of the car was 8/8 (full). When the charge hit my company credit card, the charge was almost $22 more than what I agreed to pay. What a joke. They require two forms of ID. Got stranded at the airport. On top of that, the front counter lady didn't seem like she could be bothered to be there. Horrible. If I could leave negative stars I would.
