I used this agency! The customer service was excellent. I collected my car just before closing. I didn’t feel rushed or that I inconvenienced the clerk. I hope you have as nice of service. A+ ***update*** I’ve been a second time and they were consistent. Very pleased.
The rental desk staff (I think his name is Api) is one of the friendliest and most helpful car rental people I've ever dealt with. We had an issue with a car we started rented in Fredericton and he quickly and easily replaced it for us. Incredibly great guy and why I come back to Hertz!
