The rental desk staff (I think his name is Api) is one of the friendliest and most helpful car rental people I've ever dealt with. We had an issue with a car we started rented in Fredericton and he quickly and easily replaced it for us. Incredibly great guy and why I come back to Hertz!
Just picked up vehicle. Wasn’t cleaned. Stained seats very dirty. Will not rent here again
