I've been renting from Hertz for years and have consistently had a great experience. I'm honestly a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews. I’ve always received clean, well-inspected vehicles and efficient service. Juan and his team in particular have always been incredibly helpful and professional. Their attention to detail and customer care keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
I literally drove around for 15 minutes TRYING TO FIND THIS PLACE. It was INSIDE THE DRIVETIME BUILDING. No one else knew where it was, either. I tried calling 5 million times and NO ONE ANSWERED ME. I will never EVER use this place ever again.
Walking in and the attendant was asleep at the desk. Would not rent me the car that I had already reserved online. Was rude and did not disclose all the terms of the agreement until she already had my credit card in her hands. Fortunately I was able to refuse to rent the car before the deal was closed. Remarkably terrible service and I will never be coming back.
Don’t desk check in, employees are so unfriendly. The car I got was a piece of junk.
Worst Hertz experience I’ve had! I’ve been a loyal Hertz Gold Member for the past 4 years and have rented from country wide Hertz destinations and I’ve never had a worse experience. I’ll keep it brief: • 1.5 hr long wait after reservation pick up time.
