This is the worst car rental place on the planet. It is impossible to find; it’s inside a giant dealership/repair shop and there are no signs indicating it even exists. The “office” reeked of weed, it took them forever to bring a car around, the car in question sucked, it had a lot of issues accelerating, and they charged me nearly $200 extra in pointless fees. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
While this is quite a busy location on Saturday mornings, Esmeralda Lebron was incredibly patient and quick and polite while returning, renting and managing the agency by herself! Our rental vans were prepped and ready to go and she took the time to make sure we had what we needed. Same experience when returning! I will definitely use this location and company for future business rentals and am most thankful for Esmeralda L's careful and thoughtful care!
I've been renting from Hertz for years and have consistently had a great experience. I'm honestly a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews. I’ve always received clean, well-inspected vehicles and efficient service. Juan and his team in particular have always been incredibly helpful and professional. Their attention to detail and customer care keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
I literally drove around for 15 minutes TRYING TO FIND THIS PLACE. It was INSIDE THE DRIVETIME BUILDING. No one else knew where it was, either. I tried calling 5 million times and NO ONE ANSWERED ME. I will never EVER use this place ever again.
Walking in and the attendant was asleep at the desk. Would not rent me the car that I had already reserved online. Was rude and did not disclose all the terms of the agreement until she already had my credit card in her hands. Fortunately I was able to refuse to rent the car before the deal was closed. Remarkably terrible service and I will never be coming back.
