I had reserved the rental ahead of time for 8am. When I arrived the car was not ready and I did not get the car until 840. Upon getting the car I was shocked by the uncleanliness of the interior. It was clear the had just tried a quick clean since they did not have it ready. It had an odor of wet dog (my child reported cigarette smell in the back seat although I did not pick up on this) along eith dog hair, mulch, and crumbs in the cup holder and on the steering wheel and seat belt. The sales person allowed other customers to be in my space when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do plus he seemed as if he was in a hurry to get to the next customer did not like him at all .
Very difficult to find. Poor customer service and dirty office. I do not recommend.
Recently used them again for a hybrid Camry for our vacation and Juan took great care of us! Car was very clean and all ready to go when we got there. Super easy pickup and drop off. It is located in the body shop we use so we have used it on several occasions getting bodywork done too.nice convenient spot in the same building as the body shop. Thanks to Juan and his team for another great visit
A bit hard to find as it's in a repair shop and dealership. Otherwise, a good experience.
