My experience with hertz rental is like stepping into twilight zone. After I returned a car full of gas no damage no tolls. a month later I noticed an $845 charge on my credit card after insurance paid the rental bill in full. I spent the next three months back-and-forth with Hertz executive office trying to get my refund. After numerous phone calls and months later I received 700 + refund till this day they still owe me 53. 06 Which they say refunded to my credit card but never did I was considering Legal action .for the 53... read more
Hertz is probably the worst rental agency I've ever dealt with. If you want to speak to a person for any reason, there's no chance. I've done online rentals before but if you want a person or any follow up whatsoever... Don't do it. They literally hang up when you ask for an agent or press 0
