Astonished that Hertz charged us for 14.5 gallons of fuel, at $10.89 a gallon, that they pumped into a 2023 Roque that holds 14.5 gallons of fuel. If they pumped 14.5 gals into the vehicle, then how the hell did we drive it into their lot?? It would have been COMPLETELY empty.
