Do NOT use the local locations in Houston, TX for Hertz Thrifty Dollar. They claim to not actually have any rental cars available when one goes to try to pick one up, even if one has a confirmed rental car reservation and booked it more than two weeks out. The customer service agent at this particular car rental location lied saying there would be a car available for me if I was going to use a credit card for payment when I was not actually able to get one. Daniella was outstanding! While I was there, I watched her help three different customers, and she was quick, professional, and genuinely friendly with everyone. She took the time to ask about the bad experience I had at another location, listened carefully, and resolved my issue immediately. This location sets the standard for great customer service. I wanted to take the time to give flowers to Ms Danielle Wade Paige . She was more than accommodating when another location failed to provide simple customer service . She was compassionate and had me in and out with a car in less that 10 minutes . As a president circle member this service was amazing and honestly quite hard to find these days . This will be my preferred location going forward due to Ms Danielle leadership thank you so much for being as awesome as you are
