Beware of this location, they are scammers and con artists. I made an online reservation for a 7 passenger SUV. They called the following day to say that they didn’t have the SUV available and would cancel the reservation. They cancelled and kept $100. I’m not sure how I would owe a dime after they told me they didn’t have the SUV available. In fact they said that the website lists vehicles all the time that they don’t have. Hertz called me @ the end of the day with payment issue with insurance, asked me to call them back with an answer & when i tried to call them multiple times, no one answered. Avoid this business. These people dont care about you. Im contacting my lawyer.

I was charged a fee for $50 for tolls and I only went through toll road twice. I’m not about to be paying for someone Seafood boil because toll shouldn’t cost no damn freaking $50. I never got anything sent to my email about my bill. So, basically this company been over charging a lot of their customers fees for their living expenses. I only had the rental for three day using the vehicle for work not driving through no damn freaking tolls road like that.
