Matthew went above and beyond for us! We will be back because of his customer service! He was literally inside his car because the store had closed and he was kind enough to reopen. So thankful for his kindness! 🙏 This type of customer service is what separates Hertz from the rest. PLUS we were extremely happy with our rental!!! We got set up with a new Kia!

I have been a Hertz member for a few years now and I absolutely love this company. I’ve never had a question that was not answered quickly and knowledgeable. The workers that I dealt with were all courteous and empathetic to my needs. My most recent rental was on September 16 -21, 2026 from the E. Kemper Rd. location in Cincinnati and the agent was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, very patient and very helpful. I will give her 10. Stars if I could..

We have a great experience every time we rent a vehicle from Hertz on Kemper Rd. In Springdale. From ordering a vehicle to picking up and dropping it off was so pleasant and simple experience.
