I've read the bad reviews and horror stories, but decided to try anyways and happy I did as I didn't want to go to the airport. To help anyone else out there on the fence, just know that there isn't a Hertz office or rep at the hotel, you have to book online. Below are my tips: Hertz literally drops off the car to the hotel valet. You simply let the valet know you're there to pickup your car, they verify who you are and they hand over the keys! There is no Hertz here! Do not book with this location!!!
Do not rent from Hertz at this location. We reserved a car a month in advance and they had NO car when we arrived on time at the designated pick up location according to the details in our confirmed reservation email, and with nothing available anywhere in El Paso, not even at Hertz’s airport location. All they offered was an apology and a promise to call me as soon as a car became available. They never called back. NO Hertz is all I can say. The worst customer service, bar none!
Needs to be updated, there is no hertz rental car here. However you can have it delivered by hertz to this location.
