I had a fantastic experience thanks to Dionte’s exceptional customer service. Despite the heavy rain coming down, Dionte went above and beyond by cleaning and carefully parking the car in a spot that allowed me easy access. Made a reservation and they called me to say they don’t have the vehicle I wanted. I asked them to check if another location had a vehicle and they told me to call Hertz. When I called Hertz the agent told me that they cancelled my reservation. Now I have to make a last minute reservation which is much more expensive.
Service was OUTSTANDING….. staff went out of their way to make it perfect!!!!!
