Didn't have the car I ordered but did well with what they had
Called the Hertz number to make a reservation this morning. I wanted a vehicle at 3 but they said it wouldn’t be available til 5. I said ok and went thru the process. Come 5 I walk in as the hertz lady, named Tasha, is walking out. Gave it a few minutes then took a look and she’s just out there chatting it up with some dude. Ok whatever, gave it 10 more minutes it’s now 5:15, went up and asked for assistance.
