The pickup and return were very easy. I had done as much as possible on the reservation process so that I could simplify the pickup.On the return I cleaned the car
Returned vehicle, then receive email stating there was damage and that the damage was for a vehicle that was not the one we rented.
Lots of angry customers. All waited over 3 hours for their car rental, everyone vacation plans ruined, and Hertz won't do anything. Plane fly in from JFK to BUF at 5:30.. and waited until 9:30 Corporate needs to plan better for this branch. Ridiculous. These are all prepaid customers, by the way... read all the other review...
