Similar to all the other reviews, the attendant is a liar. I reserved a Tesla. When I got there I was told there were no cars available. I then went to Dollar, not knowing they had a partnership, and was given a vehicle instantly. The hertz attendant scolded the dollar attendant and said “You gave them my car”. He then asked if a Nissan Versa was sufficient for the same price. He THEN told us the car would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Long story short, we sat waiting for an hour. A ridiculous experience from arrival @ the airport all the way to my bill arriving, overcharged. There are WAY better alternatives. Don't bother with Hertz. First, when you rent directly from Hertz's website and type in "BUF" the default location comes up on in BUF airport, but across a 6 lane busy road. I arrived at the Hertz counter @ the airport and they could not find my reservation; instead told me to walk 1/2 mile to to the off-airport location.
