I highly recommend and prefer Hertz for all my rental car needs. My vehicle was available on time, clean and maintained very well. The drop-off was easy too at the Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst location.

No one was there when I went to pick up my car. I had to wait almost an hour for someone to show up. No one would answer the phone and no one responded to my voicemails.

I rent a vehicle 4-5 days a week normally from Enterprise for work. When I tried to rent a vehicle for July 11 Enterprise did not have any available vehicles, so I decided to give Hertz a second chance. When I first started this job year and half ago Hertz was the first rental agency I used, and the vehicle was so dirty I really had no desire to use them again.
