Can someone please tell me why none of your customer service agents ever answer the phone. No one answers the phone... im starting to feel HERT .... customer service doesnt exist in this world anymore starting to feel like my money isnt green

Terrible experience, would not recommend to any of my family or friends. I’ll be using Enterprise in the future. Started off with no employee at this location when I had made a reservation the day prior to dropping my vehicle off for repairs. Waited 20-25mins for an employee to show up from another location, then “computer wasn’t working” so my rental was done over the phone which included giving my card info over the phone when I didn’t feel comfortable doing so. V and Dora were very helpful and accommodating when my fiancé and I were having a stressful situation. I would highly recommend and will only be using this location when visiting Buffalo. Thank you guys so much

Im not very happy with this place. This is my first time getting a rental from here, and I would not recommend this location. I pre paid for my rental two days in advance. I drop my car off to the collision shop and they tell me, they called down to make sure someone was there. Turns out there was nobody there to provide me the rental when it was scheduled and again, paid for already. So I was then not able to get to work and lost alot of money.
