I had a confirmed appointment went to the shop and they had no cars.
This location has rude employees, I requested a Tesla Model Y 30 days prior to my rental. An electric vehicle is required for my place of work. When Hertz took my booking, they said no problem. Upon the day of pickup was told they do not have electric vehicles. The person I spoke with was very rude, that this location doesn't have electric vehicles. The management at this location is incompetent.
I got to work with Mrs. Rhonda and she offered me so much help in getting the right car. I need it for the right moment. It was beyond my expectations.
