Terrible service. Get a call 5 minutes before reservation, which was made hours in advance that they are out of cars with no explanation other than we are out of cars. Now its the end of the day and I'm left to scramble to find a rental somewhere else before they close.
Fraudulent charge on my credit card from this location. Called and they were not helpful in the least. Called the 800 number and had to wait almost 20 minutes before speaking with anyone. EDIT - it appears Hertz has responded on here. It is a worthless, automated response. Despicable. EDIT 2 - I called the store again and spoke to the manager. They gave me a rate of $22/day, $132.99/wk for 19 days initially and I extended it because repairs took longer and they changed me to a monthly rate of 1185.09/mo without telling me or advising of this for the whole rental and the bill went from $1,000 to over $2,200!!! Watch out for the illegal bait and switch practices!!! Will update again if billing fixes this situation
