I don’t see the problem with this branch, they are always nice and Isaiah & Elizebeth are awesome.
I was in an accident and insurance set up a rental for me. I called on Sunday to tell them I needed the car dropped off on Tuesday morning at the body shop. The person on the phone was confused saying I needed to pick up the car in Parma. After clearing the confusion he said that they would drop it off and contact me. Tuesday morning came. Attempted to charge gas filling fee when I returned the car despite being told to only fill 60%. I fortunately had pictures of the fuel gauge prior to leaving the lot
Poor customer service with horrible attitude. The front desk gentleman confirmed one vehicle in the phone call but provided another type and said he messed up; then he did not check the damage with us together before he asked me signing the contract, and bad attitude when we asked to take a look. This ruin Hertz reputation and business.
