★☆☆☆☆ Do not rent here. This is the single worst rental experience I've had, and I've rented a lot of cars. I booked a 9:00 AM reservation for a luxury car — one of the only ones available anywhere in Houston. I showed up on time and walked into a completely empty office. No staff. Had a great experience! It is a Hertz though it is also another car rental brand. I almost didn’t go in because I thought I had the wrong place. Walked in at 5pm Thursday and got a car for the weekend. Super nice car, great service!
I was charged $552.00 dlrs for a 3 days rental. And when I realised the price per day, the policy said no return before 24 hrs.
