I got a KIA K4 rental from here 6/16/2026 and returned it 6/21/2026. The A/C felt the exact same as the regular fan blowing, the front window doesn't fully roll up unless you try multiple times and then hold at the end, and it was out of oil. I absolutely do not recommend ever getting a rental from here.
Worst experience with GAIL! Made a reservation for 11am but decided to go in 30 minutes early. There was one customer ahead of me so i waited patiently and about 11:30, I was finally up. Told her about my reservation and she asked if I could wait till 12 to see if other customers show up for their reservation because they didn't have any vehicles available. Remember I made a reservation and I already waited 45 minutes...... 30 minutes past my reservation time and now you're telling me "hertz Gold member" that my reservation ... read more
