Pick days I wanted to rent car for. Sent me confirmation #. The day B4 sent me text to confirm again. The next morning I get dropped off to pick it up and they tell me they don't have any cars left! No rent off them ever!
Do not rent from this place. They are absolutely awful. They didn't have the car I rented. And now they're trying to say the car I rented has damage. Worst rental car experience ever

The staff is very nice, but the service is horrible. Our rental smelled of smoke and marijuana. We reported the smell, but it was never recorded in the rental inspection. We were billed $400 for smoke cleaning fee. We don't smoke. We had to drive with the windows down due to the smell. Our children were sick. We all had headaches after driving more than 30 minutes. Our suitcases still smell of smoke weeks later. Hertz refuses to reply or reimburse us. A disgrace!
