Hertz has THEE worst customer service!!!! I booked a car with them to travel in for my grandmother's funeral, and day of they called me and said that they did not have a car and that I had to book somewhere else and the price was gonna go up. They had no concern for my travel arrangements and that the mistake was not on me, but are willing to let me completely eat the cost of their mistake. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! I wish I had read reviews before renting from here, but they told us they had a 7 seater SUV; of course, we drove from Hendersonville to Gallatin only to find out they lied. They did not have a 7 seater, they gave us a car and told us to come back tomorrow. Then, they called us while we were in vacation to tell us we were getting a $500 dollar charge because of excessive crumbs. Mind you it wasn't smoke, slime, or sand. Crumbs! I told them to not return it we will rent it two add

Got here at 3 pm on a Friday to exchange my rental car (since my first smelled like cigarettes), and it was closed. Posted hours are inaccurate, since they were supposed to be open until 5:30.
