One last was terrible and shady. Telling us we had to sign off that there's no damage to the car without offering us a chance to look at it first. When we asked to see the car before signing she tried to talk us out of it saying "oh people usually just sign". We insisted on seeing the car first and all she told us was "it's outside to the left" had to go through another argument for her to tell us even what kind of car we're looking for. Hertz rental and Dollar rental had no problem gauging us on price due to the recent hail storm. If you can avoid renting from them we highly suggest it.

The process was seamless. The ladies at the counter, I didn’t get their names, were very attentive and helped me right away. I was on an emergency business trip and worried because I had just renewed my driver’s license and only had the temporary document. The Hertz employee handled it perfectly and made the process stress-free. After providing my temporary license and an additional ID, I was on my way within five minutes. Great teamwork at this location.

I would give this HERTZ at CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT a ZERO STAR . Our flight from Denver was delayed on 10/26 by 5 hours. Arrived at HERTZ counter to find they had left for the day,while the other rental companies had staffed counters. We had to rent a car from Enterprise for the night and wait until 10am 10/27 to get the car we paid for from this HERTZ location.
