I have NOTHING nice to say about Monica. She was super UNHELPFUL and completely ruined our experience. We left without a vehicle because she made it so dang complicated that we told her we didn't want it anymore and would go elsewhere. She was rude, unkind, and such a know-it-all in the worst way possible. Monica should not be working there. She tried to tell us all of these "policies" that have never existed. This is literally the worse car rental. They will not rent you a car without a credit card. It doesn’t matter if you don’t use a credit card or whatsoever. You can’t even get hold of someone on the phone about confirming details

Be cautious with this location - I got a car for 3 hours, filled my car, and returned it on time. Spent almost $3 on gas to fill up the car for the 21 miles of usage. Once I arrived home, I received the bill with a fuel charge of $18, even though I informed the front counter of my miles and fill up. Very unethical.

I reserved a car at this location online. On the day of travel, there were flight delays so I arrived late for my car pick up by about 4 hours. By then, they had already given away my car. When I asked for another car, they said they didn't have the same model, so I had to rent another one. They charged me an additional $155 for my original rental. What a terrible way to take advantage of customers who are already frustrated because of flight delays and cancellations. Awful experience!
