I had a reservation on their books for months. They called me on the DAY OF my reservation to tell me the office was closed and I would have to wait a week to get a car. Thank goodness Enterprise saved the day.
I picked up a car on April 23. It only had one fourth of a tank of gas. When I told the agent, she said she would correct it on the computer. She did not and I was charged for 7 gallons of fuel when I only drove a total of 95 miles in a Kia Niro hybrid, which gets 50 miles per gallon! Now I find that it is impossible to talk to her on their listed number! Help me please!

Had a terrible experience - a reservation I made weeks ahead of time was not respected by the store and I was left having to scramble and find an alternate. Derailing plans for over a day and costing a lot to do so
