They canceled my reservation the morning of and didn’t even send an email out give me a call
Worst rental experience I've ever had. The vehicle I was given smelled like smoke. I went back in and a very nice lady came out and sprayed the vehicle. She stated that the vehicle was filthy; had she been assigned she would have put pride into cleaning it out. There was also a cigarette burn on the front seat she noticed and reported. Kudos to her. I should have read the reviews first! This place is a joke. We had a reservation scheduled in advance. The day of our reservation this location called and said they have no vehicles. No solution just sorry but we have no vehicle. He said he has 20 reservations today and has 3 cars coming in. This place is a joke! DO NOT Rent from the Santa Fe locations period!
This is the worst place I’ve ever seen. Do no use here
Don’t rent a car here!!! You’ll be regret
