Emily is great! I often rent cars from the Santa Fe, Cerillos location and appreciate the friendly service she provides me with!
Fantastic and quick service! I called Emily in advance and was told everything i would need to bring in before coming by. The entire process was very smooth and all my questions were thoroughly answered thank you so much!
Had a terrible experience - a reservation I made weeks ahead of time was not respected by the store and I was left having to scramble and find an alternate. Derailing plans for over a day and costing a lot to do so
AVOID! Denied service despite having a correct reservation. Priceline and hertz support assisted in corrected a no to typo in my name- and the counter woman would not honor my corrected reservation because she would be written up- the system would be flagged for the error and correction- and her keystrokes were being logged. None of that makes any sense. She would also not make a second reservation for me so that I could at least drive off because I was stranded. Andrew - Harassment - Income Affected 2 weeks ago Hertz stopped charging our account weekly for our Uber Rental, stating it was due to an internal error. Per Hertz’ request, today 10-23-25 at approximately 1p we went to Hertz 2010 Cerrillos Rd SUITE 7, Santa Fe, NM to pay in person (I guess they can’t fix it without us going inside). We’ve had to do this before when Hertz has had transaction errors. The worker Andrew (all alone, just us and him in the store) was mean.
