Everything was clear and convenient from the start. The car was new and in great condition. There was a small incident during the rental, but the team was very helpful — they explained everything and guided me through the insurance process. Fair prices and professional service. I can definitely recommend this company.
Very bad customer service, they charge you extra fees, do not release security deposit timely, don't answer phone to answer queries. Have been to many car rental but this is worst of all!
