No one to answer the phone on saturday during business hours. Automated message directed me online. Online didn't offer what I needed when I needed it. Moved on to another company.
I came to the Simi Valley location the morning of Feb 3rd, 2025 and this was on the door. I returned that evening and waited 27 mins, it was still on the door. Would love to get a rental car sometime today.
It was very easy and simple and everybody was very informative and I was happy with the car everything went smoothly
I needed to extend my rental & was unable to do it online. I went into the Simi Hertz and Mr Ashraf was extremely helpful in extending my rental in the same car for a great price. Thanks for the great service!
