Had reservation for noon. Tried calling for several hours to tell them we would be late as we were traveling with Uhaul and trailer, but no one ever answered phone. When we arrived they said they didn’t have any cars cause they gave ours away since we did not pick up at reservation time.
Watch out for the ‘bait & switch’ with the agent/manger at the Hertz at this location. I’d highly suggest calling beforehand and being specific about the vehicle requested and if it is available. The agent/manager at this Hertz lied about having the vehicle when I, then when I showed up he offered me an upgrade, which I took because what other choice did I have. The social media complaints about Hertz seem accurate based on my experience. Their booking and billing process was sloppy they looked to over charge . When I returned the car, I was told they charge based on a calendar day rather than a 24-hour rental period like most other rental companies.
I would give no stars if it allowed. It took 25 minutes to get my car. They scheduled 4 people to drop off cars at the same time and no one is here to accept the cars 10 minutes after they are supposed to open. DO NOT GO HERE!
