I needed a car for an emergency same day. Ash and Nick were the freaking bees knees!! These guys got me a phenomenal price, picked me up from my hotel, and got me into my car all within 40 minutes of me calling! Exceptional service! If any Hertz higher ups see this message, give those 2 men a raise or their own franchise!! Would highly recommend!
I got a rental from an insurance, everything good, Hertz told me I need to put my credit card just for a security deposit that was going to be refunded at the moment I get the car back, so I did, I took it to the carwash vacuumed and everything, fuel almost full (so insurance don't get charged for cleaning fee or anything, my surprise was, 1 week after y returned the car, my deposit never was refunded,plus, they charge me extra, I called them and when I tried to add the confirmation number they sent me to my email but all of... read more
Called twice for long time. More than 10 mins Nobody picked up the call. While i am local and need to be picked up to get the rental car. I have to drive to the location,and then They don’t have pick up service. I ended up have to cancel the paid reservation. Wasted long time of my day.
