Called twice for long time. More than 10 mins Nobody picked up the call. While i am local and need to be picked up to get the rental car. I have to drive to the location,and then They don’t have pick up service. I ended up have to cancel the paid reservation. Wasted long time of my day. And the reception said has canceled the service and customer service said so said expedia will refund. However after expedia contacted them expedia said they didn’t cancel and refused to cancel. Just turned up for our car pickup and they've given our car away. Ahead of my weekend away to get married. Terrible customer service. Really really disappointed.

Liar company said not charged and they charged. Said will refund still didn’t! Do not use this place ! Called twice for long time. More than 10 mins Nobody picked up the call.
