Terrible phone service no one ever answers. Cars are given with lights on such as engine light and tire pressure lights. Friendly in person other than that terrible service overall. Billing is also inaccurate.
Top-notch service! I can't say enough good things about the service I received this morning from this Hertz agency. From the time the gentleman picked me up at the body shop until I drove off their lot with my rental, all went smoothly and professionally. Thank you for making such a stressful time go so well!!
