Provided a car that looks like it has been sitting behind someone's barn for the past month. It is covered in bird poop and has white writing on the driver's side back window that indicates the date it was available for rental. The agent gave me a coupon for a free car wash; apparently, I was expected to detail my rental. I have contacted corporate, as trying to get someone from this agency on the phone is impossible. Will upload photos shortly.
Returned a car to this location yesterday. Was 3rd in line and it took less than 5 minutes. People there were professional and positive. Nice place!
Everything from renting thru internet, to picking up the car and dropping car back was just so easy no secret fees just amazing . Thank Hertz company
