Turned in my rental at 10:25am, began to walk to the terminal, realized I left my glasses in the cup holder. Turned around, ran back and myself and an employee "searched" for the car because it was no where to be found! Seriously they couldn't find it. Only about 20 minutes had lapsed. The rental I turned in early, could not be located!! Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Hertz location, particularly with an employee named Esther. My brother had a confirmed reservation and was physically at the location, but he has limited English, so I was simply helping him communicate over the phone. Hertz Customer Service had told me this location showed possible vehicle availability, so I called to clarify whether a car was available and whether my brother should continue waiting. Do not rent from Hertz at all. Not just the Hollywood Burbank location. Never have I been to a rental car company with no cars. Or so we were told at the desk. I got off my fight and made my way to the desk at Hollywood Burbank where I was picking up a car i had reserved weeks in advance to my trip. At the desk I was told "we dont have any cars and we dont know when we will get them." I gave them a chance and after about 20-30 minutes they had a car for me.
