Poor service. No car here for me at presidents circle upon check in. No purpose for presidents circle.
I recieved service directly from the office manager. She was super nice, friendly, patient, and I got the best car under my budget. Thank you and I will come again.
Nas at the airport was an ANGEL! Honestly what started as a bloody awful morning with rental issues from competitor car rental at same location- she was able to be patient with us and assisted- we are now on our way. We truly appreciate the great service so early in the morning too.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH NO SOLUTION. Long story short I had booked my rental, called to confirm if there was any additional items I needed to complete for the rental and they said NO, I was fine. I arrive on pick up day and they said I could not pick up the car because there was no deposit submitted and the card on file could not be used because of "terms and conditions".
