It was ok but they're a stickler for making sure if you filled the tank complete to full capacity till it overfills the car sheesh lol.

Not a good rental location. Hertz president status with a well advance reservation that I checked into day beforehand as well. Flight was delayed and last right at closing but Hertz claims they hold car for 2 hours post close. Well get to gold board and says see agent and agent says sorry no cars and locks up the location. No care to give solution so my family with an infant had to run over to Avis who took care of us.

This place is so terrible. I came and hopped into a presidents circle car and they told me to get out because it was repossessed. Then, the second car they came up with needed an oil change. Then, I waited for 45 minutes for them to rent me the car that needed an oil change. The lady at the window to leave barked at me for why there's no cars and everyone I talked to blamed the manager. I

Hertz acts like computers and the internet were invented yesterday. Somehow it takes 15 min to check in each customer. I couldn’t check in online because apparently my gold member account had information that needed updating. Instead of sending me an email asking me to update my info, I had to wait in line for 30-40 min just to give my address.
