They saved the day, definitely recommending hertz over other options in Joplin.
Do not rent from this facility.These guys have an uncouth business practice.And I would suggest not to do business with them.If I could have gave them zero stars , I would have.
Just canceled my reservation claim no car was available at all I just think they didnt want to rent a vehicle to hispanic people its all good enterprise took good care of us

So to start out I just want to say that I don’t usually do reviews. It either has to be SUPER bad, or SUPER amazing experience. But the reasoning behind this review is much much more than the latter. The manager of this location legitimately saved our Christmas this year!
