Worst Customer service ever! Manager seemed very agitated during the whole process. I am new to renting cars and it was a very sad process. Manager then sends me a receipt that did not match my expense report $, I then proceeded to go to the store on South Rangeline when I asked for a receipt the manager came and helped me by tossing printed receipt papers at me. I am now working with Enterprise and they are organized and have a great customer service team and will send emails and correct receipts when asked.
ENTERPRISE is a joke! If you’re thinking this is a review to bash another car rental company, you’re 100% right. I made a reservation for a rental 1 month prior to taking a trip & the morning of picking up my rental, Enterprise at 2 different Joplin area locations gave me a complete run around trying to see if either locations had my rental. Channin was amazing! He was very VERY helpful with the process of getting into a vehicle we needed after getting screwed over with enterprise (both locations in Joplin EVEN with reservations) and in a timely manner and at a really good cost. Highly recommend Channin and his services over at HERTZ!!
This is NOT hertz. This is Cocar Corporation and we got vehicle with horrible tires, and overdue for an oil change. We ended up getting a blow out on a highway, called Hertz for assistance and they could not find our reservation number and could not provide assistance. Do not rent a vehicle from here. Total scam.
In an auto accident. Insurance called to reserve a rental for 3 days in advance. A sales person calls and states I need to pick up the following day. I explain I do not have authorization for rental until the 3 day period. He got very rude with me stating "well I can't promise you we will have anything for you" and also implying that what he may have won't be comparable to what the insurance is willing to pay for.
