If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I dropped my car off for a different rental company and was flying out of JSX. I walked to the exit and saw a Hertz station and asked a Hertz member at the exit entrance if she knew where the JSX airline is and how to get there. She was immediately annoyed and angry that I was interrupting her and her friends talking. Warning Alert! Spend more money elsewhere and do not trust this location. Do not rent from Burbank Hertz for any reason. If something goes wrong, you will have no human to talk too. I rented a car at closing on 7/22 Sat night at 1025pm(rental #113760765). The employee gave me my contract receipt and had me take the elevator down to the dark garage below to space #81. No car.
