Didn’t get the car I reserved. People were less than helpful. Charged for a late return when I dropped it off before they even had people there.
Had a reservation but had to wait 45 minutes for a car.
I was in this location ans ask for s class mercedes , then they charged my account ,unfortunately they gave me the e or c class ,totally different model of the car.
We rented a car to go to Las Vegas. A few days later the car didn't turn off at all. They made us wait for 2 hours for a replacement car and was upset after that. Very poor customer service!! I'm not going to rent a car with this company again!!
