I recently rented a car from Hertz and had a really good experience. Everything was quick and easy, and I received updates along the way which made things smooth. I had a small issue with my card and the amount charged, but Devang was very helpful and solved the problem quickly. Great customer service overall!
Avoid this place. If I could give this place 1 star I would. After having a car pre-booked, they called me 30 mins before I was supposed to pick up my car to tell me there is no inventory.
