I had very bad experience. I booked for mid size SUV well in advance, instead I was given mini van. I have been told the best car for long drive. Day 1 the AC breakdown, I wasted 60 min calling road side, customer care and store no response: I was forced to use same car without AC in extreme heat warning 38 for 3 days. When I retuned the car I asked how I can raise a formal complaint the answer call the same customer service number which is useless number to call !! Who to blame now ??
Worst experience. We booked 2 cars and when we got to the location, we were told they don’t have 2 cars for us and the one we were getting was sentra when we booked camry Plus the customer service was really bad.

I appreciate the support I received from Bhagwant and Devang at the Brampton branch. They made sure the situation was resolved and restored my confidence in Hertz’s customer service. I originally picked up my rental from the YYZ Airport location, where they didn’t have the vehicle I had booked. Instead, I was given a Tesla Model 3 with over 300,000 km on it that had multiple issues.
