UNPROFESSIONAL, pathetic service ever. In last 10 years , did so many car rentals but worst experience ever. Did my booking on September 27th, 2026, for 4 days. I have planned my tour with other family. But today just 2 days before Hertz person called and said vehical booking is cancelled due to some accident. Dont even bother calling
They just reserve the car for uber rentals on uber app. But when I went there to get the car. They said they have no availability for next 3 months. But in app it shows the availability. Very bad experience.
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I booked a vehicle a week in advance for a long-weekend trip. The day before pickup, I received a voicemail saying they could no longer accommodate my reservation. I called back five times and couldn’t reach anyone. The next morning, I called another seven times before finally getting through. Devan told me customers had extended their rentals and the only vehicle returned was damaged.
