I went to school in Missoula and absolutely love this town and the people here, which makes my experience with the Hertz in Missoula really disappointing. I declined all coverages when I picked up my rental, yet a Loss Damage Waiver was still added. When I tried to dispute it at return, I was told only the manager, Chris, could handle it but he was off that day. I am very disappointed in my Hertz experience. We noticed the additional driver fee was more than we thought and immediately reached out (within 15 mins of picking up the keys) to get the additional driver taken off the account. We spoke with the same person who was present when we picked up the car and she assured us it was not a big deal and that she would remove the fee.
