They had what I wanted and let me pick it up a day early. A little pricey to drop off in Missoula.
My family had their flight moved to coming into another airport. They told my brother he was stuck paying for the rental car he reserved and had to pay to get another car. On top of that, they tried to give him a smaller car that could not drive in the snow. On top of all this, they charged him for a full tank of gas although he only used less than half a tank. My family will no longer be using Hertz.
I currently scheduled a basic middle sized sedan at this location, after arriving, I asked to upgrade my rental. At this time they gave me a black 2024 Toyota 4 Runner, we were happy when leaving until we saw the vehicle. Dents and scratches all over the vehicle. The car did not drive straight. The suspensions was screeching and banging away the entire weekend and it was dirty when we received the vehicle. 10/10 would not recommend using hertz at Missoula Montana.
Was charged 4 time my original receipt was 95.00 then they charged me 3 other times after I returned the car I never left town with it put 110 miles on it. Car was clean when I returned it. I had it only 4days. 352.00 I rented a pickup from enterprise and drove from Pennsylvania to Minnesota, t had if for 5 days and put almost 3000 miles on it and I only got charged 350.00. I will never use Hertz again.
Zach and Azlyn are the best, super helpful. I am going to rent with Hertz again just because of them!
