Booked a return to this location, as it was closest to Jet Suite (JSX), rather than Burbank Airport. This location does NOT exist. Called the Hertz customer service desk, was told to return to Rental Counter at Burbank Airport Terminal!!! Also, the location had a sign to “ring bell” for Jet Aviation, the person who answered said they do not accept Hertz Returns! Hertz, please remove this facility from your locations!!!
Booked and paid for car online. Drive to airport to pickup car a few hours later and was told they don’t have any cars available. Why would your system allow someone to reserve and pay for a car knowing nothing is available. Not i get to wait on hold to get a refund and am totally hosed on transportation. Nice work hertz.
