Nice choice of Cars and Upgrades as they gave me a meaningful Upgrade. Somewhat delays to get your car(Understaffed to handle multiple customers) otherwise all good with this place.

This location is one of the best for its amazing customer service, everyone is friendly and helpful. Also, they have quite good collection of cars to select. They always make the process smooth and easy. Special mention for Mr. Vatsal and Mr. Tarang

I reserved a car for Uber and I called to confirm my reservation. I was informed my car was ready for pickup. It took me almost two hours to visit the place, and when I reached there, I was told there were no cars available for Uber by Adriana Correa. It's disappointing. I hope both Uber and Hertz work together to make the reservation process smooth and transparent.
