Terrible experience. The manager Marie was insanely rude and refused to give us a discount when we were not given the vehicle we reserved. I ordered a utility van, but when I arrived it was not there. They staff basically said “tough luck, we don’t have it.” I basically demanded they give me the 15 passenger van on the lot, and once we got it we discovered vomit in the cracks. Maria Customer Service was excellent, she went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and effective. The vehicle was up to par ,clean and fueled Any questions we had were answered…. Overall great location and Excellent Customer Service 10 out of 10
Horrible service I was dropped off to pick up a car and I've been stuck here I was told they have a SUV and started the paperwork only to have them give the car to someone who arrived after me Very unprofessional Don't try and tell me a 4 door kia sedan is the same as a SUV
I was highly dissatisfied with my experience renting a car from this location. In particular, I was baffled by the lack of professionalism provided by the store manager herself. I spoke with the manager directly regarding a return date and time for my rental. However, the day before this date, I happened to learn (as a result of calling the location to ask a question) that the office would be closed the next day and would not be able to accept the car back as originally agreed upon.
