Hertz GOLD members for years. We have been sitting waiting for a car for 45 minutes. Told they don’t have anything ready but other people keep getting cars and there is a sign that says Cars Available on the desk.You are supposed to walk off the plane and get your keys as a GOLD member. You call customer service and they say they can’t help you - no financial accommodation, discount, nothing - just sit and wait. Don’t use Hertz and especially at GSO.
