That guy at the front seat is real awful and should be placed around the back where he gets no customer interaction because he has little to no customer service ability.
Worst experience! They added hidden charges of more than $25 with no explanation during booking. The staff didn’t know the reason, yet I was forced to pay to get the car. Absolutely no transparency.
Vehicle didn’t get wash from the previous use. The outside needs some care.
Very friendly and informative staff, nice 2025 rental was very clean, in and out quickly.
