I use this rental company often and I get pretty good service but they need to clean there cars better before giving it to the customer.
Nikki’s excellent to deal with, the other person not so much. I’ve been a loyal renter with hertz for over 10 years, been a platinum member & now a president circle member. Ever since they came out of bankruptcy after Covid they’ve never been the same, Nikki is the exception & she’s certainly one of the last great things left from hertz’s past.
