Seemed a little surprised by my reservation and had to wait for them to vacuum it; but to be fair, I placed it late the night before. Got a nicer car than expected and the man at the front desk was super friendly! Great smile and friendly conversation.
Don't bother
Cant get call in to even begin a rental. It loops then cuts off instead of helping at all. Trash service and lost my business
I will never rent from Hertz again. The man running the store was unprofessional and rude. He looked so inconvenienced by me interrupting his social media time and mumbled when I tried to have a question answered. The car was filthy and smelled like marijuana so bad I had to drive with the windows down. I advise others to go elsewhere.
Had a scheduled 8am pickup for a rental, just to get there and they say they have no vehicles. Wasting people's time and could've called the day before to say there may not be vehicles available. This is consistent at this location, just shut the location down.
