I will never rent from Hertz again. The man running the store was unprofessional and rude. He looked so inconvenienced by me interrupting his social media time and mumbled when I tried to have a question answered. The car was filthy and smelled like marijuana so bad I had to drive with the windows down. I advise others to go elsewhere.
Had a scheduled 8am pickup for a rental, just to get there and they say they have no vehicles. Wasting people's time and could've called the day before to say there may not be vehicles available. This is consistent at this location, just shut the location down.
High Point, NC, Hertz Rental really went beyond the call of duty. They came through for me. Three months earlier, i had reserved a vehicle with Enterprise Car Rental in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on University Parkway, and they informed me on the exact day just moments b4 needing to pick up the vehicle, that they longer had a premium SUV available. But Hertz came through for me on the very same day that I reserved a premium SUV. It was ready in about 20 minutes. Keep up the good work Hertz.
