They promised me my car was getting cleaned and would be ready shortly. Then 60 minutes later they said they didn’t have any cars available for me, but had premium options available I could pay extra for!! I missed a rehearsal dinner because of these incompetent people. STAY AWAY
Got my car very quickly and was on my way with a brand new Nissan Sentra with 400 miles on it. It was great on gas only used 16.00 all week. Drop off was fast and easy and I was refunded my deposit the next day.
NEVER rent from Hertz! Horrible experience. My 20 year old son went on his first solo vacation. We did all the research and Hertz said they would rent to someone that was 20 years old. We booked the reservation on Hertz's website directly a full week before he flew to Greensboro, NC. When he arrived, the agent was rude and refused to rent to him stating he had to be 21 years of age. Worst car rental. Went for return car no one was there. Had to call TWICE to confirm they received the car and to get a receipt. I was charged for five days when I had the vehicle for one due to their failure to submit the return the FIRST time. Never again. Budget is a better option
