Great service and attitude
Where do I start. I only gave a 1 star as zero was not an option. I have dealt with Hertz at the Edmonton airport and in other countries, and never experienced such poor customer service. Apart from incompetent, rude and unprofessional staff, I hate to say it but those were minor compared to the dishonesty that we experienced. Please don't get fooled with the cheaper rental prices. It's cheaper for a reason. They will find a way to charge you for damages then some.
