This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The branch manager, Mohamad Yusuf, is shockingly unprofessional and completely lacks basic customer service skills. He was unable to handle even simple requests and preferred wasting time in pointless conversations instead of assisting customers. It took ages to get the car and to return it, since their computer system was barely working. The service people are friendly though.
Very unprofessional staff, busy talking to each other instead of helping. Took our keys and assigned the car to new customers but did not close our contract. Had to wait there for more than hour!
