The manager here is an amazing lady. She explains things in detail and with the patience of an angel. These folks are genuine and easy to speak to and understand things even if you aren't too knowledgeable about the subject. 5 stars.

PRE-paid for a car, for the 17th to the 21st of January 2025. Called the location to let them know I’m on the way to pick up the vehicle. The hertz representative informed me that my PREPAID reservation was given away to “people on the standby by list, then told me to wait 10-15 days for a refund. They offered nothing for the inconvenience, and kept my money in their account. I ask if there was anything they can do. They said “ I can be put on waitlist. I showed up at 1150AM and my p/up time was 1200PM. Hertz allowed me to select 1200PM, I didn’t know that location closed at 1200PM. The guy working at the time(who had just pulled up to the front in his personal car - probably to close up) told me the computer system was down and directed me to another location. He said he had been “playing around” with the computer issue for over an hour, instead of calling his IT Support. Horrific experience. Charged nearly 3x my reservation amount. Charged incorrect daily rate. Charged for every mile beyond SEVEN miles for a 12 day reservation with unlimited miles guaranteed on reservation. Charged multiple other fees, including a $250 pet fee FOR WHAT? Car smelled severely of cigarettes. Staff turned phones off and left early when they knew I was en route to drop off vehicle (arrived 10 minutes prior to closing). Initially renting from this location was great. Until recently. The store manager is very nice. However operations & customer service needs to be improved. I’ve had 33 people reporting to me before there is no way I would let anyone talk or treat any customer in any disrespectful way without consequences. Everyone talks about this location in a bad way.
