Has a number has never answered. Am directed to call them but they don’t answer. Other Hertz do, so this is a choice. They have also never returned a message
After a rough start Mike got us on the way. We have been using this location for many years and it always works out. Thanks again Mike
My fiancé and I have been to many Hertz car rentals locations across the country and this is the only one I’ve been to where the customer service is horrible. We have given this location a pass many times before My fiancé asked me not to do it but today takes the cake! A area/district manager needs to talk to staff at that location!
