They made the reservation but had no car for me, I had to go to Enterprise car rental
This is a small location but it seems they do what they can to service their customers. I had a reservation so when I showed up to pick up my vehicle, the transaction went very smooth, however, other customers were there unhappy. I may wait this in the future but right now, I have no complaints. I love the vehicle that I received.
Run away don't walk. Staff are of no help at this location. Calling corporate is a joke they just keep you on hold until you give up. I will NEVER rent from a Hertz. Please use another company if you can. I was here for a rental from my insurance company and I should have chosen Enterprise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Made an on line reservation, which was confirmed but when we got there, no cars were available.
They will give you a car with damages then charge you for them once you return the vehicle
