Eugene Airport excels at rental vehicle processes. It’s quick and no fuss.
Would give zero stars. Bait and switch billing practices. Dispute is ongoing but so far Hertz refuses to acknowledge they added fees inappropriately.
I understand that “gold” members get to skip the line, but there is only one agent here. Every time a gold member walks up, they stop serving the regular customer to prioritize the gold member. This line is not moving at all. I understand status means skipping the line, but at least finish with the customer you are serving and THEN help the goldmember. I will never again rent from Hertz or Dollar in Eugene.
Fast really fast
Returned fill full tank and eairly got charged for a hour late and $100 in gas.
