I reserved a Tesla through the Uber app for Wednesday morning 11am. I received a confirmation for the day and time. I paid for an Uber to take me to the Hertz location, when I got there the gates were closed and nobody would answer the phone. I then had to pay for another Uber to take me back home. I would give zero Stars if possible for wasting my time and money

My vehicle broke down while traveling. While waiting for tow, I went online using the phone to book a car to get home. Had a taxi pick up my wife to take to Hertz to pick up the car. Arriving at Hertz at 4:45pm, closes at 5 pm, car rental was refused since we were traveling with a dog. No where on the website while booking did it state while booking animals, i.e. ,dogs were prohibited. Thank God the 3A tow company got the vehicle and us home 120 miles away. I will never book with Hertz.
Good luck trying to get ahold of someone they don't pick up the phone been trying to call 3 days in a row. (during business hours). The customer service is horrible and not very friendly
