After returning the rental to East Joppa Road. I explained about the rental breaking down while I was on vacation. These people that wanted to give me a rental that had an oil light on. But instead they gave me a rental that the check engine light came on. They need to service those vehicles before renting them to the public. That is very unsafe.
Very rude customer service, bad attitude.

would give ZERO STARS if I could. Absolutely unprofessional ( the female was at least trying to help) but sounded like a circus in background when on phone. I dropped rental off at body shop per Hertz instructions. They didn't pickup for days after and are trying to charge me for extra days and damage to vehicle. At 1st they told me the driver was liable still even though I handed over keys. I asked where was that stated and the female told it wasn't. Then her manager told me it was " common sense".
