Good prices and good crew.
First off this location is understaffed or at least it was when I came to return my rental. I got to hertz at 8:30 and figured I would be out in about 20 minutes so I ordered an uber and had to cancel it and reorder one because it took 40+ minutes for what turned out to be a quick and easy check in process! The problem was they had one guy checking cars in, checking cars out, and he was so busy he completely ignored the phones because there were about 6 of us in the small lobby! So nice, friendly and helpful. Traveling from out of town and stuck when my car died and they were so kind and helpful. It’s so good to know nice people still exist even when you feel defeated and grumpy. Thank you
