terrible. booked with payment upfront last week but they called me this week right before i am picking up that there is no car and i have to wait a couple weeks for full refund.
Incompetent employees told me to my face they did not a have a car for me. They couldn’t do anything and not cancel from their side. Their stupid website is not working. Incompetence at its finest.
This review won’t be met with anything other than a bot response but I wanted to add mine to the pile anyway. Made and confirmed a reservation through the app for a pick up the next morning. The app had like 6+ models available for rent. I wake up the next morning to a voicemail saying that there would be NO vehicles available for the days that I chose. I check the app and it still has the same models available for rent as the voicemail is telling me otherwise. Why? Y’all been around for over 100 years and can’t figure this ... read more
