The Hertz rental car says they are open from 8-5 every day- but nobody is answering their phones (called yesterday at 4 and today at 8:30). Went to the location in person, ajd was told by a service individual at the attached Chevrolet that they are never there on time and sometimes arrive at 10am.

Poor management, poor customer experience. Lack of COVID protocols being followed. Very poor experience.

Reserved mid size car last night 12/10/24 and all my reservations were all set for pickup at 9 am this morning. Got there at 8:55 am, waited for personnel to come as there were nobody at the office. Waited there for few more minutes and at last, the agent told me they don’t have any cars available. I asked I have a reservation here in email. The agent was I can’t do anything as they don’t have cars. I asked why didn’t you call me beforehand so that I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. Hu’s reply was short time. I’m giving two stars simply because John was amazing. He tried so hard to help me and was understanding and went above and beyond. However it’s being liberal. The entire experience was garbage and Rich is one of the most horrible customer service reps I have ever interacted with. He was condescending, snide, unhelpful, and dismissive. He openly talked about me to his customers within earshot of me. He argued with me when I asked John for his name. He should NOT be in a customer facing position in any manner.
