Their reps need customer service training. Extremely unhelpful, I will just rent elsewhere from now on.
If i could GIVE NEGATIVE stars i absolutely would! 1st off this location doesnt exsist. And most of the other locations listed are closed due to covid still which is UNREAL.. And the customer service is terrible on the phone, they tell you to go to a location but even they cant have find an OPEN location...
Hertz let’s thrifty use their name and then does nothing to correct their behavior. If your name is tied to a smaller company you should take care of things they don’t. I have contacted hertz on numerous occasions about thrifty rental because they use there name and was told there is nothing they can do for nothing but the run around for over a month.
This site is CLOSED. Airport only Hertz site in GB area.
