I had a great experience at the Hertz in the Green Bay airport thanks to Adam Thomas. From the start, Adam was incredibly friendly and professional. We had a great conversation about my travel plans, and since he’s familiar with the area, we chatted about our favorite spots we love to visit. Very friendly service from Adam T and got upgraded to a better car because of the possibility of a snowstorm.
Was not able to take care of my tire... But was still able to help me take care of it myself. But i understand that they cannot have enough cars for a game weekend. :)
Tried to charge $1500 for a full size where everyone else is charging less that $600. Hertz will no.longer get my.business, even if they're a better deal.
Adam Thomas made our experience with picking up a car very smooth. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable, which is a nice change of pace.
