I want to Thank Joe from Hertz, for going out of his way for my Last minute reservation. He didn't have a vehicle to accommodate my needs, but he sent his Driver ,Sonny all the way to Brownsville to pick up vehicle and bring it to this location, Not only did Sonny Pick it up, but also Detail washed and vacuumed the vehicle. My friend and I arrived at Hertz, where she had reserved a car. They proceeded to say they had to attempt to get the only vehicle available off of a "hold". They were able to do this and then my friend was able to get a car I guess reservations aren't as reliable as every one believes.🤷
