Can''t trust any words given. 1. Late return fee charged despite told to waive it: Called last day morning before my rent ends to inquiry options for whether to return or extend. Let me be 100% honest in that it's exceedingly comforting and a beautiful thing to be able to understand who is speaking on the other end of your phone call.
