Can''t trust any words given. 1. Late return fee charged despite told to waive it: Called last day morning before my rent ends to inquiry options for whether to return or extend. Told by a woman she'll waive the late return fee if extended. Therefore I decided to extend 4 more days. (ended up returned 1 day earlier. Called before decided to return and they said OK). 2.
