I can see why some of the negative reviews, are what they are. See that most negative reviews get the standard reply from Hertz saying "striving to improve". Wishing this report could say that YQR Hertz has achieved their serious efforts to improve. Won't talk about this airport rental desk being nicer to 1st time clients. My fifth rental (3rd company) in two years. Thought I'd give Hertz a try. Also the return process was friendlier but found out I'd rented a vehicle without a full tank. We would probably not return to this location, due to the documentation inaccuracies. Deceitful is a word, and the records show something different to what we agreed to, and understood on all "rental records" at the time of pickup, but the return process was very good. Google review shows "didn't like it".

Received brand new car to rent which was great - however I was not the most impressed with the man who was working behind the counter - there was no one at the counter initially ( I arrived at 7pm ... not midnight when they close at 12:30 am)- waited 15 minutes then called... rang .. rang then someone came from around the back office and emerged like I just woke him from a nap of some sort (certainly appeared that way from my perspective) then when he brought up my file the first thing he said after asking for my name and li... read more

First time renting with Hertz and my experience was excellent! Pick up and drop off were seamless. Car was clean and nice to drive. Desk staff were amazing. The price was right as well. I will most certainly rent from Hertz again. Thank you for the great service!
