Wanted to thank Herz for giving the car I booked to someone else. They can leave 5 starts if it came as free upgrade or whichever way it happened and I will give 2 stars to even things out. The guy didn't apologize or anything, just said we don't have any other vehicle except subcompact SUV instead of my ordered full size sedan. Didn't offered any discounts or anything.
