I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent rental experience at the Regina Airport. I had a confirmed reservation for a vehicle, yet upon arrival I was informed that my car had been given away because I was late. What troubles me most is that no one attempted to contact me before canceling my reservation. Absolutely glad to deal with Muzamil exceptional and courteous.
Located just as you come out of departures . The staff seemed pretty exited in giving me an upgrade - which I was entitled to as a President circle member and said that this is a great new car dome only 44000 km. 🤔. The collection and return was painless. I noted that I was charged over $450 more than the agreed rate, despite returning the car with a full tank of gas, no damage or any traffic violations. Strange indeed. Never have Hertz done this before, hope the return the extra charged without paying legal costs.
