I was very disappointed with my experience. I was charged $154.78 even though the expected amount was only $106.64. We returned everything in good condition, there was no damage, and we also filled the gas tank before returning the vehicle. They charged us a late return fee even though we returned the vehicle on time. Please provide proof if you claim it was returned late. Amazing service, very warm, and genuinely caring. I was truly touched. Sael and Sal were amazing. When our car could not be picked up because our destination drop off was a different location, they said they would help get us sorted out. When that plan fell through, Sael came over, checked in with us, and found a way to get us a car.

While I understand it’s a small airport and lesser staff, we had to wait over an hour to get the car. What was frustrating is the lack of empathy in the staff who just called out their low prices/ 3 flight landings at the same time for the crowd. How on earth does that justify poor service.. I have travelled extensively and always rented cars. Never has it taken this long nor have I experienced the staff being this dismissive or unbothered. It’s my first time using hertz and do not plan to use them ever again.
