I rented ford explorer for five days, received dirty car. Had really bad experience with the customer service, definitely not recommending.I was running late because of the really bad traffic, called them billions of times, and finally one time they picked. Had a conversation over the phone with the lady about the charges for returning the vehicle late for couple of hours, she said you do not have to pay anything. I arrived to pick up my rental at the Abbotsford airport and was greeted by Dhanshree, who reviewed my agreement with answered all my questions. She was very patient and helpful and gave us a great car for our trip! Hertz also had the best pricing and selection. We will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you Dhanshree!

Extreme and fresh weed odour within vehicle! It was hotboxed for the previous renter’s entire rental, obviously. No other vehicles available. Totally unacceptable. The agent attempted to ionize it out for 10 mins - but it was still so prevalent. Family trip gift for us. Not cool Hertz.
