Easy process
Staff was very friendly and the rental process was fast and easy. Would love to use their services again next time.
Helped us with a 7 seater car at great price when all other rental companies in YXX denied. Always go to their counter first.
Watch out for these guys. I returned my car at 645am on the day it was due back. The office was closed so I dropped the key in the return box. When I got the receipt it had a $250 cleaning fee for smoking! Nobody in my family smokes. I called customer service and asked for the inspection report and the representative put me on hold for a few minutes. They offered me tesla and I asked to change car for other vehicle because I have long trip and no time for charging they told me they dont have other vehicles. When we whent to get tesla it wasn't even charged so we cancel our rent .
