I’d give less stars if I could. Started my visit to Abbotsford with being told my reservation was cancelled. Told there are no cars on account of FIFA. Even if that was true, the two representatives took no initiative to assist beyond their ‘too bad so sad’ attitude. Avoid renting at this location. Instead, take a cheap Uber to another location and rent…thank you Enterprise!!! The city rate was cheaper and the savings covered the Uber cost (including a return ride).

I had to extent my rental, I have manager approval to pay remainder when I’m back as I’m away from work, I have verbal and written confirmation, now I’m getting threatened. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be getting a lawyer involved if this isn’t resolved as I can prove everything with calls, time stamps and confirmations.

If I could rate my experience with this Hertz outlet below 1 star it would be - 5 stars!!! Absolutely horrendous customer service. I spent hours trying to contact them about my reservation. Took 28 attempts to reach them. Often they just picked up and hung up.
