I would not rent from Hertz at the Roanoke airport ever. The quote you a price and then charge you something different. Manger does not return calls very unprofessional!
Horrible customer experience. Do not rent from this company as they hold out for reservations. Their customer service is horrendous. Go to Avis or enterprise.
